Originally created by dancer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez, Zumba is a fitness program that uses dance themes to deliver a full-body workout. The program, which weaves elements of Latin and International music, alternates between both slow and fast rhythms. The result - a unique form of aerobic and interval training - helps build muscle tone and burn fat in target areas such as the legs, glutes, arms, abs, and more.
