-Single arm Kettlebell swing (1 minute each arm)

Set 2:
-Jump rope 3 minutes
-kettlebell clean (1 minute each arm)

Set 3:
-Jump rope 3 minutes
-Kettlebell snatch (1 minute each arm)

Cool down
