Warm-up
Total time: 6 minutes (no breaks)
1 minute jump rope (as fast as you can)
* put rope aside
1 minute jump squats
1 minute jump rope (as fast as you can)
* put rope aside
1 minute high knees
1 minute jump rope (as fast as you can)
* put rope aside
1 minute jumping jacks (make sure to make contact with your hands)
Cool down: Walk around in a circle to let your heart rate slow down.
Make sure to stretch.
