Julia believes being fit is 90% mental and 10% physical and 
		you can achieve anything you want if you put your mind to it. 
		By day, Julia is a producer for an international news corporation, and 
		by night: SUPERWOMAN
		
		She started training at Belmar’s in 2009, and is privately trained by 
		Peter Belmar. Her high-energy and enthusiastic coaching style can be a 
		wonderful and rewarding experience for anyone looking to achieve new 
		fitness levels. Every routine is carefully planned and thought-out to 
		challenge and motivate her students physically and mentally. 
		
		She has participated in many different sports including; Jiu Jitsu, 
		softball, basketball, soccer, and volleyball. She also has 10 years of 
		dance and gymnastics experience. 
		
		Her current qualifications include:
		-Certified KickFit Circuits Personal Development Instructor by AES
		-Certified Kickboxing Instructor by Belmars
		-Certified High Intensity Kettlebell Fitness Trainer by KB-Gym under 
		Mike Stefano 
		
		In addition, she is studying to take the National Academy of Sports 
		Medicine (NASM) certification.
