This is a FREE class for everyone. If you are a member of the gym already, then this is part of the class package at no additional cost. If this is your first class @ Belmars, then this class is also free.
The class will focus on strengthening the core muscles, building endurance, improving flexibility and improving balance and mental focus. Students will be guided through sequences of Yoga poses to help heal and strengthen lower back muscles, hips and shoulders primarily. Instruction for breathing and relaxation techniques will also be given to maximize the effect of Yoga on and off of the mats. This class is open to all levels from beginner to advanced.
