– Complete as many push-ups as you can in 30 seconds
– Jump rope with high knees for 1 minute
– Complete as many burpees as you can in 30 seconds
– Jump rope single leg (30 seconds on each leg)
– Complete as many star jumps as you can in 30 second
– Jump rope with lounges for 1 minute
Complete as many tuck jumps as you can in 30 seconds
– 3 minute jump rope with 30 seconds fast/30 seconds slow intervals
Cool down
5 minutes
