Angel’s muscle quality went from 50.10 (Good) to 69.45 (Fit), a difference of 19.36 in muscle quality. Angel reduced her body fat from 28.22 to 22.21, a difference of -6.01 in body fat. Angel lost -7.8 pounds on the program. 2) Thomas Schleicher The second-place winner was Thomas Schleicher.
