At Belmars, the health and wellbeing of all our students and staff is our number one priority. Inlight of the COVID-19 virus, we wanted to let you know of the steps we’re taking to safeguard the health and wellbeing of everyone in the gym. What we are doing: All areas of the gym, including light switches, doorknobs, handles, sinks, bags, mats, gloves, weights, and equipment, are cleaned, mopped, and disinfected daily. What you can do: Upon entering the gym, please Wash your hands. Wash your hands frequently and thoroughly for at least 20 seconds with soap and water Hand sanitizer is available in each area of the gym for your usage Avoid handshakes and high fives Avoid touching your face, eyes, and mouth Cough or sneeze into a tissue or your sleeve, and wash your hands immediately After each class: Spray and sanitizer hand mitts, kick pads, gloves, and protective gear Wash and sanitize your hands Avoid coming to the gym: If you’re sick If you have been in contact with an infected person, traveled abroad to a country of high risk and high level of the outbreak of the COVID-19...

Congratulations to Angel Coppola for winning Body By Belmars accountability 12 weeks fitness Program. 1) Angel Coppola The first-place winner was Angel Coppola. Angel’s muscle quality went from 50.10 (Good) to 69.45 (Fit), a difference of 19.36 in muscle quality. Angel reduced her body fat from 28.22 to 22.21, a difference of -6.01 in body fat. Angel lost -7.8 pounds on the program. 2) Thomas Schleicher The second-place winner was Thomas Schleicher.
