Day 1, Week 1:
I have been putting off training, now I'm getting nervous thinking about the pain in-store for me.

Today was my first training run towards the NY marathon on November 5th 2017. I had planned on running 8 miles but, had to stop after 6. My chicken legs refused to respond. I stopped and walked home.

I created a million and one reasons of genuine belief in why I didn't have to start training earlier for this race, now time has flown by. I have no more excuses, I transgress, there is always one more excuse, I can put the race off until next year. Lets see how I feel in October
