Jumping Jacks

Circuit: 30 seconds each exercise, complete 3 sets.

1. Straight punches
Push ups

2.  Upper cuts
Regular plank

3. Hooks
Triceps dips (use a chair)

4. Squat then kick to the side (alternate legs)
Bicycles

5. Push kick (kick forward alternating legs)
Jump squats

6. Kickbacks (standing alternating legs)
Back raises

Cool down:
1 min:Jump rope (without the rope)
2 min: Stretch
