The Yoga for Athletes class will be taking the rest of the summer off after Sunday, July 24th.
Our last class for the summer will be THIS Sunday, July 24th at 11am. This special class on Sunday July 24th will include a breathing exercise and a special mindful relaxation to end the class.
We will be back in September! The first class will be held on Sunday, September 11 at 11am and every Sunday after that.

We have mats and blocks on hand. This class focuses on strengthening the core muscles, building endurance, improving flexibility, improving balance and mental focus. Students will be guided through sequences of Yoga poses to help heal and strengthen lower back muscles, hips and shoulders. Instruction for breathing and relaxation techniques will also be given to maximize the effect of Yoga on and off of the mat. This class is open to ALL levels from beginner to advanced, whether you’ve practiced Yoga before or not.If this is your first time visiting Belmar’s Gym, this class is FREE. Bring your friends and family.
